나는 소비자로서...

제조업체, 유통업체가...

구입비를 받았으면

정정당당하게 제조하고, 정정당당하게 판매하기를 바란다.

그 핵심은... 불량품이 아닌, 제대로 작동하고 최소한의 안전과 내구성을 보장하는 제품을 제조,판매하는 것이다.

나는 인간의 상식수준에서 정당한 요구를 하는 것이다.

곰곰히 생각해보라.

내가 블랙컨슈머인지? 당신이 블랙컴퍼니인지?

Manufacturers, distributors...

If you received the purchase fee I hope that we manufacture fairly and sell fairly.

The key is to manufacture and sell products that work properly and guarantee a minimum level of safety and durability, not defective products.

I am making a reasonable request at the level of human common sense.

시티코코 바이크가 구입후 20여일만에 고장후..

AS 대신 보내온 콘트롤박스.

그런데 모양이 다르고 잭도 다르다. 소비자가 제조업체인가???

하도 태국 판매회사의 태도가...불량해서...

판매금지, 제조금지 청원을 미국국회를 비롯해서 여러 국가에 보낼 준비를 하고 있다.

태국의 도로에서 거의 죽을뻔 했기 때문이다. 

안죽었으면 된거 아니냐???   그런 말을 하는 사람은 사이코패스, 소시오패스 일 가능성이 200%이다.

거두절미하고...

20여일만에 고장난 2만바트짜리 스쿠터를 AS해줄수 없다는 판매사가

이의제기를 계속하니 보내준 것이 컨트롤러 ... 소비자가 직접 교체를 하라고 한다.

스쿠터를 사용못하는 손해는 소비자인 나의 몫이라...

주중에 수리도구를 구입해서...주말인 어제 컨트롤러를 교체해보려고 바이크를 열어보니...

콘트롤러 모양이 다르다. ㅠㅠ

콘트롤러 모양만 다른게 아니라...잭 모양도 다르다.

그리고 어떠한 매뉴얼도 없다. 달랑 콘트롤러만 왔다.

모든 소비자가 스쿠터 기술자이고, 전기 기술자이고, 제조업체인가???

이 판매회사와 "쇼피" 라는 판매 플랫폼을 반드시 응징할 것이다.

그리고 AS망도 없이 도로를 돌아다니는 스쿠터를 판매해온 제조업체와 판매업체에게 소비자의 손해발생에 대한 보상과 배상을 하는 절차를 국가와 사회가 추진하게 할 것이다. 소비자의 안전을 위해서...

소비자의 안전을 무시하고 기업의 이익만 챙기면서 정치자금을 받는 경우가 있다면...그 정치인은 소멸되어야 하며 그 국가는 전복되어야 할 것이다.

 

이렇게 직사각형으로 생긴 잭이 ,,,, 택배로 온 콘트롤러에는 없다. 

어떻게 다르게 생긴 전기 교체품을 소비자가 교체하라는 말인가?

완전히 다른 모양이다. 교체를 하려고 노력을 해봤으나, 이건 AS센터나 제조업체가 할 수 있는 일이다.

판매업체가 와서 직접 고쳐보기 바란다. 매뉴얼도 없이 고칠수 있겠는가?

와서 매뉴얼도 없이 눈깜짝할 사이에 완벽하게 고치면 내가 수리비 1000바트를 주겠다.

그리고 배터리도 처음 고장때 함께 고장이 났다. 반응도 없고, 충전도 안된다. 

콘트롤러는 교환해주고, 배터리는 왜 교환해주지 않는가?

The loss of not being able to use the scooter is my responsibility as a consumer...

I bought repair tools during the week... and yesterday, on the weekend, I opened the bike to replace the controller...

The controller shape is different. ㅠㅠ

Not only is the shape of the controller different, but the shape of the jack is also different.

And there is no manual whatsoever. Only the controller came.

Are all consumers scooter technicians, electricians and manufacturers???
