익스프레스 인 호텔

현 시간부로 '블랙컴퍼니' 로 등록한다.

 

해변으로 가는 버스를 타기위해... 버스터미널에 가까운 호텔을 선택하다가 고른 곳이 여기였다. 그게 큰 실수였다. 

왜냐하면 즐거운 여행이...기분이 상하게되었고,,,, 불필요한 화를 냈어야 했으니까...

 

3일동안 방청소를 해주지도 않고, 수건을 바꿔주지도 않았다.

2일차까지는 내가 참았다. 

그런데 오늘은 오전에 호텔을 나가면서...

어제 make up room을 하지 않아서...

단 한장뿐인 수건도 2일째 사용중이고, 화장실에 티슈도 없어서...내가 가지고 있는 커피숍 휴지를 사용했다. 

그러니 오늘은 방정리를 해달라고 하고, 50페소도 팁으로 침대위에 두고 나왔다.

 

11시간쯤 후인 저녁에 들어와보니.....

황당하다. 

또 안해놨다.

그래서 로비에가서 물으니....대답이...

청소팀이 아웃소싱인데...통제가 잘 안된다고 한다.

그럼...통제를 호텔손님보러 하란 말인가???

그리고 호텔에서 수건 한장으로 3일을 쓰는게 상식적인가? 라고 물으니 

호텔 오너의 정책이라고 답한다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

그래서 생각해보니...화장실에 이런 '지구를 구하자' 는 스티커가 붙어있던게 생각났다.

지구를 구하기 위해서...몇만원의 호텔료를 내고...

1장의 수건을 3일간 사용해야 하는건가???

지구를 구하는게 목적이면...

익스프레스 인 호텔(EXPRESS INN HOTEL) 이 호텔사업을 안하는게 현명하지 않을까???

 

 

샤워기도 수십개의 구멍중에...오직 6-7개만 물이 나온다. 심지어 발은 옆에 비데용 호스로 물을 틀어서 닦았다.

 

내가 3일간 사용한 단 한장의 수건이다. ㅋㅋㅋ

호텔 많이 다녀봤지만...이렇게 단순하게 황당한 경우는 처음이다.  

 

익스프레스 인 (EXPRESS INN HOTEL) 절대 피해갈 것을 추천한다. 

오너의 마인드가 문제이므로 개선가능성은 0이다.

그래서인지...처음 체크인할때...여직원의 얼굴에 어두웠다. 

아마도 업무가 힘들고 조직내부에 문제가 많은 것으로 보인다.

최소한 로비에서 고객을 상대하는 여직원은 표정이 밝은게 상식이다.

 

화장실에 휴지도...식당에서 뽑아쓰는 티슈방식이다. 휴지아끼려는 구조인건 알겠는데...최소한 휴지가 있어야 되는거 아닌가?

첫날 화장실 사용하니 휴지가 없었다. 

당연히 다음날 채워놓겠지 했는데....이틀동안이나 채워놓지 않았다.

 

결론 : 

이 호텔은 절대 사용하지 말라.

호텔 오너가 지구를 구한다는 친환경적인 정책문구를 악용해서...

고객의 기본적인 행복권과 이용권을 착취하는 호텔이라고 정의내린다.

Register as 'Black Company' as of the current time.

 

To catch a bus to the beach... This was the place I picked while choosing a hotel close to the bus terminal. That was a big mistake.

Because the pleasant trip... was offended, and,,,, I should have caused unnecessary anger...

They didn't clean the room or change the towels for 3 days.

I endured it until the 2nd day.

But today, as I left the hotel in the morning...

I didn't do a make up room yesterday...

I have been using only one towel for the second day, and there are no tissues in the bathroom... I used the coffee shop tissue I had.

So today, I asked him to tidy up the room and left 50 pesos as a tip on the bed.



Arrived in the evening about 11 hours later...

absurd

didn't do it again

So I went to the lobby and asked... the answer was...

The cleaning team is outsourced...they say it's out of control.

So... you mean to take control of the hotel guests???

And is it common sense to spend three days in a hotel on one towel? I asked

The answer is that it is the hotel owner's policy. lol

So, thinking about it... I remembered that there was a sticker on the toilet saying 'Save the Earth'.

To save the planet... pay a hotel fee of tens of thousands of won...

Do I have to use one towel for 3 days???

If your goal is to save the planet...

EXPRESS INN HOTEL Wouldn't it be wise to not do this hotel business???






Of the dozens of shower holes, only 6-7 water comes out. I even cleaned my feet by running water with a bidet hose next to them.




This is the only towel I have used for 3 days. Ha ha ha

I've been to a lot of hotels, but this is the first time I've seen such a simple and absurd case.






We recommend that you absolutely avoid the EXPRESS INN HOTEL.
Since the owner's mind is the problem, the possibility of improvement is 0.

Maybe that's why...when I first checked in...the woman's face was dark.

Perhaps the work is difficult and there are many problems within the organization.

At least, it is common knowledge that female employees who deal with customers in the lobby have a bright expression.




Even toilet paper... It's a tissue type that is pulled out in a restaurant. I know it's a structure to save toilet paper, but shouldn't it be at least a toilet paper?

The first day I used the bathroom, there was no toilet paper.

Of course, I thought I would fill it up the next day... but I didn't fill it for two days.




conclusion :

Never use this hotel.

The hotel owner abused the eco-friendly policy of saving the planet...

It is defined as a hotel that exploits customers' basic right to happiness and use.
