울산 장생포항 고래고기

울산 장생포항 고래고기.....

울산에 일이 있어서 한달여간 왔다갔다 하게 되어서...

이 틈에 울산투어를 하기로 결심.

그 중에 고래고기 시식을 버킷리스트에 넣었는데...

드디어 시식. 그것도 2번이나 ㅎㅎㅎ

울산에서 장생포항으로 계속 차를 타고 들어가다보면, '원조'라는 간판을 단 많은 고래고기 가게들이 나타난다.

이 많은 가게가 다 고래고기를 팔면,,, 도대체 고래를 얼마나 잡아들이는 걸까? 하는 의문이 생긴다.

고래는 포획이 금지되어있어서, 그물에 걸려 죽은 것 정도나 경매를 통해 시장에 나온다고 알고 있는데...

그럼 얼마나 많은 고래가 그몰에 걸려죽어서 올라오길래.... 이 많은 고래고기집을 먹여살릴까 하는 경영,경제적 접근이 먼저 떠올랐다.

어찌되었건 내 인생 경험치 만랩을 위해....고래고기집에 들어가서 모듬 중간 크기를 주문했다.

처음 사진은 2번째 먹은 소(8만원), 뒤에 사진은 중(10만원)  참고로 중을 시키는게 훨씬 이익인 듯...

2만원 차이인데...종류도 차이가 나고, 양은 더더욱 차이가 난다. 여럿이 그리고 식성이 좋은 사람이 갈땐 반드시 중자 이상을 주문해야 할듯....ㅎㅎ

맛은 육회 같다고나 할까???

그러나 먹을수록 소고기 육회와는 다른 살짝 비린내(나중에 고래비린내로 정의내렸다)가 난다.

참치처럼 부위에 따라 맛과 모양이 많이 다르다.

어쨌든 새로운 맛을 경험했고 나의 지구경험치는 1랩 증가~~~!

Ulsan Changseok Pohang whale meat .....

As you continue to drive from Changchun to Pohang in Ulsan, many whale meat shops appear with the sign "aid".

If all these stores sell whale meat, how long do they catch whales? There is a question.

I know that whales are banned from capturing, so they either go dead on the net or come to the market through auctions ...

So, how many whales are going to die from dying and coming up .... The management and economic approach to feed these many whale meat houses came to mind first.

In any case, I went to a whale meat house and ordered assorted medium size for my life experience.

The first picture is the second one (80,000 won), and the second one is the middle (100,000 won).

It is 20,000 won difference ... There is a difference in kind, and quantity is more different. There are many people who have good food,

Do you think the taste is like sashimi?

However, the more you eat, the tasteless beef sashimi (later defined as a whale fishy smell).

Like tuna, taste and shape are very different depending on the region.

Anyway, I experienced a new taste and my experience is 1 lap increase ~~~!
