Transitioning to Payoneer for Overseas Contributors!

Dear Contributor, 



We're excited to inform our overseas contributors of a major upgrade to our payment system – we've integrated Payoneer as our primary payment platform!

This move signifies our commitment to offering you a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient payment experience tailored especially for our international contributors.


What’s New?

We’ve integrated Payoneer as our exclusive payment method for our overseas contributors.


Reason for Change:

Payoneer offers a seamless experience that will significantly reduce the issues of missing payments or other transaction errors that were prevalent with bank remittances.

Additionally, Payoneer provides clearer visibility into your payment details.


Your Next Steps:

To continue receiving your payments without interruptions, all our contributors must switch to Payoneer.

Please be informed that we will cease all bank transfers.

Transitioning to Payoneer is now a requisite for payment processing.


Important Dates:

Due to our collaboration with Payoneer, payments for this month will be processed on 31 October.

We’ll return to our regular schedule of payments on the 25th from November onwards.

For clarity, if your unpaid royalties reach USD100 in September, you will receive the payment on 31 October. 

To qualify for this month’s payment, ensure your Payoneer account is linked and that your personal details are submitted before the 25th October.

Q:Who Covers the Transaction Fees?

MiriCanvas DesignHub handles all fees tied to the payments we send to you.

However, should you decide to withdraw funds from your Payoneer to another bank or entity, additional fees may be applied, which will be your responsibility.


Q:I’ve Either Submitted or Am Awaiting Approval for My Remittance Details.

No worries! Your data is safe.

The primary change is the payment method.

Instead of submitting bank information, you now need to connect to Payoneer.

Simply link your Payoneer account and resubmit for verification.

There’s no need to update or change any other information unless there are changes you wish to make.


Q:I’m New to Submitting Payment Details. What’s the Process?

Start by entering your personal information.

After that, connect to your Payoneer account. If you don’t have a Payoneer account, you’ll have the option to create one after entering your personal details.

Once everything is set, submit your information for verification.





Q:The method for entering names has changed. Why is that?

The update has been implemented to accommodate the connection to Payoneer, which requires a distinct separation of First name and Last name.

Please make sure to accurately input your details in the respective fields.


Q:Where can I connect my Payoneer account?

Navigate to "Settlement" and then select "Payout Information".





Q:Any Change in the Payment Date for This Month?

Yes, as we transition, payments for this month will be on 31 October. We’ll revert to our regular 25-th day schedule from November.

변경 이유:

Payoneer는 은행 송금에서 흔히 발생했던 결제 누락이나 기타 거래 오류 문제를 크게 줄여주는 원활한 경험을 제공합니다.

또한 Payoneer는 귀하의 결제 세부정보에 대한 더 명확한 가시성을 제공합니다.


다음 단계:

중단 없이 지급금을 계속 받으려면 모든 기여자가 Payoneer로 전환해야 합니다.

모든 은행 송금을 중단함을 알려드립니다.

이제 결제 처리를 위해서는 Payoneer로의 전환이 필수입니다.
