재개발,재건축의 폭풍이 아직도 남아있다.

10-15년째 진행중인 곳도 많다.

지난 뻥박이 정부는 주택보급율도 조작했고, 아무것도 제대로 아는게 없이 전용변기만 아는 불신창조 정부는 뉴스테이니 뭐니 하면서 재건축,재개발을 밀어붙였다. 물론 뻥박이가 하던거 물려받아서.... 건설회사의 로비도 막강했을 것이고....

그런데 이제는 생각을 다시 할 때이다.

축소도시 개념. 작지만 알찬 도시. 작지만 알찬 사회공동체의 개념이 지금부터 반영되어야...

저출산+고령화사회의 충격을 줄여나갈수 있다.

현재 재건축사업의 경우,,, 승자는 누구인가??? 건설사 뿐이다.

기존 건물주도 손실, 입주자도 손실....시간이 지날수록 건물주는 더 손실...

재건축사업은 허깨비인 경우가 다반사다.

그럼에도 다들 어떻게 되겠지... 전에는 아파트값 올라서 돈 벌었었지... 하면서 타성에 젖어서 실행하고 있다.

그런데... 주변에 미분양 아파트가 눈에 빤히 보이는데도 그런말을 한다는 것은...

미래세대에게 너무 무책임한 것 아닐까???

정량적 접근이 아니라,,, 정성적 접근을 해야하는 대한민국 사회이다.

Redevelopment, reconstruction storm still remains.
