AHP 방법을 이용한 개인휴대 전투드론의 전투효과도 분석A Study on Combat Effectiveness of Personal Combat Drone using Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

본 논문은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법을 활용하여 개인휴대 전투드론이 전장에서 발휘하는 전투효과도에 대해 분석하였다. 개인휴대 전투드론은 개인휴대가 가능하고 현장에서 전장감시 및 다양한 표적공격 기능을 선택적용할 수 있어 적의 위협에 대해 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 소형 전투드론이다. 전투효과도는 ‘소부대 전투기여도’를 1계층으로 설정하였고 ‘전장감시 및 표적획득 용이성’, ‘표적공격의 용이성’, ‘전술적 융통성 확보’를 2계층으로 설정하였다. 3계층 항목으로는 ‘표적획득의 신속성’, ‘원거리 전장감시 및 표적획득 가능성’, ‘주야간 전장감시’, ‘신속한 표적공격’, ‘표적상부 공격가능’, ‘우발상황 대응’ 등을 설정하였다. 4계층 대안은 ‘개인휴대 전투드론 보유’와 ‘개인휴대 전투드론 미보유’로 설정하였다. AHP 설문은 대대급 이하 전투부대에 근무한 경험이 있는 영관 및 위관장교 102명을 대상으로 실시하였다. AHP 분석결과 개인휴대 전투드론을 편제한 부대가 개인휴대 전투드론을 미편제한 부대보다 2.73배 전투기여도가 높은 것으로 평가되었으며 전장감시 및 표적획득 기능이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 각 계층 항목별 비교와 다양한 관점의 분석을 실시하였다.

In this study, we analyze combat effectiveness of PCD(Personal Combat Drone) using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. PCD is a man-portable drone that can conduct various tasks including surveil- lance and attack against various targets immediately. For AHP, we define ‘Combat effectiveness for small units’ as 1st hierarchy, ‘Combat area surveillance and easiness of target acquisition’, ‘Easiness of target attack’, ‘Tactical flexibility’ as 2nd hierarchy. We also set ‘Rapidness of target acquisition’, ‘Long distance combat area surveillance and possibility of target acquisition’, ‘Day and night combat area surveillance capability’, ‘Rapid target attack’, ‘Possibility of attack on top of target’, ‘Response in the contingency’, etc. as 3rd hierarchy. Alternatives in 4th hierarchy are ‘Unit equipped with PCD’ and ‘Unit without PCD’. We survey 102 company grade and field grade officers with experience in the battalion or lower level of unit. AHP results show that combat effectiveness of unit with PCD is 2.73 times greater than unit with- out PCD and the combat area surveillance is the most important function of the PCD. The comparison of each hierarchy items and various analysis results are presented.
